After studying business administration at a university of applied sciences and spending about six years at KPMG Basel, where I earned my Swiss Federal Auditor's Diploma, I transitioned to a role as Head of Finance and Administration for a regional SME. What I learned from that experience: what it feels like to be on the other side of the table.
