We are reorganising. These are the people behind Trusso.

Trusso is the Swiss fiduciary group for ambitious SMEs, for strong partners and for entrepreneurially minded talent. Building this group is itself an entrepreneurial achievement: bringing together independent, locally rooted firms without any of them losing what makes them strong, closeness to clients, clear responsibility, decisions made locally.

This is what we mean by entrepreneurial services: outwardly towards our clients, inwardly in building the group. The people behind Trusso practise their profession like a business of their own, as fiduciary advisers, auditors, tax and digital experts.

Trusso is growing fast: by the end of the year the group will already number more than 100 employees, with a target picture spanning five to seven regions of Switzerland. On the following pages we introduce the people who stand behind Trusso today and are shaping its development.

Group Leadership

An experienced leadership team steers the group, with expertise from the Swiss fiduciary sector and competence in technology and AI.

Thomas Koller —Chairman of the Board.
Certified fiduciary expert with over 30 years in fiduciary services, audit and corporate management. As President of the Consulting & Business Services division at EXPERTsuisse and former Chairman of the Board of OBT, he knows first-hand how to build partner-led, multi-site organisations. He brings an independent, structured perspective to the group’s strategic leadership.

Josia Röhm — CEO.
As a Certified Public Accountant, Josia leads Trusso as CEO and is responsible for strategy, growth and the development of the group. The regions, the specialist divisions and the group functions all come together with him.

«We are building Switzerland’s leading entrepreneurial fiduciary group, not through size alone, but through a shared culture and shared standards. What drives me is the combination of both: the closeness and independence of the local firms and the possibilities of a larger group. My task is to connect strong partners and firms so that each becomes better without giving up what originally defined it.»
Josia Röhm, CEO

Christoph Thommen — CTO.
Christoph is responsible for technology, digitalisation and innovation. Over 20 years of leadership experience, from start-up to international group. He is building the new IT landscape and IT security, developing proprietary software and systems, and bringing AI into everyday work: internally as well as for our clients.

«Innovation does not come from technology alone, but from the interplay of processes, secure IT and tools that genuinely help in everyday work. That has been my passion for years, in international companies, and now at Trusso. My task is to develop processes and technology together, so that SME fiduciaries gain the tools of large groups without giving up their independence.»
Christoph Thommen, CTO

The Partners in the Regions

Local roots remain our foundation. Experienced partners look after their clients on the ground, contribute their professional expertise and continue to build up their region.

  • Adrian Schaller — Head of North-Western Switzerland.
Certified Public Accountant, at the side of companies in the region for over 20 years from family-run SMEs to international groups.
  • Renzo Peduzzi — Head of Zurich.
Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of audit experience and a broad career path from tourism and e-commerce projects to auditing.
  • Antonio Marin — Head of Audit.
Certified Public Accountant with special audit licensing under the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG), over 15 years in auditing, internal audit and advisory for companies ranging from SMEs to regulated insurers.
  • Martin Dettwiler, David Klein and Emil Walt
complete the leading partners across the regions and specialist divisions, all of them Certified Public Accountants or certified tax experts with many years of experience.

The Group Functions

Those who grow fast need a shared foundation. That is exactly what the group functions provide. Their benchmark is simple: to take work off the partner firms, not to create more.

  • Lukas Koller — M&A.
He approaches new fiduciary and audit firms and wins them for the group, so that further regions keep joining, as strong and independent as those already part of it.
  • Alain Martucci — Finance.
He is responsible for financial matters, group reporting and the financial due diligence of potential partner firms. Beyond the numbers, what drives him: automating manual processes and thereby noticeably easing the workload for the partners.
  • Sebastian Spittler — Strategy.
He is responsible for strategic and operational group matters: the integration of new firms, cross-group processes and standards. In short: everything that makes everyday life easier for the partner firms..

Only the Beginning

These people represent the start of Trusso, not its end point. The group will keep growing in regions and in expertise along the same idea: locally independent, strong as a group.

Anyone who would like to get to know us is welcome to get in touch at any time. There is room with us for every partner who wants to make an entrepreneurial difference.

Context is the lever

Every week, someone shows up at an SME with an AI tool, promising efficiency. Most of the time, little happens afterward. Not because the AI is bad, but because it doesn't understand the business. Why context – industry, regulations, customer – is the real lever, and what that specifically means for Swiss SMEs.

Tax Regulation of the Child Deduction

Parents can claim a child deduction in their tax return – both for direct federal tax and at the cantonal level. Especially in cases of separation, shared custody, or blended families, questions regularly arise regarding the correct allocation. The decisive factor is always who actually bears the maintenance costs.

Yes to Individual Taxation

On March 8, 2026, Swiss voters approved individual taxation. While this sounds like a fundamental change to the tax system, it will have little short-term impact and is far from being politically settled. We explain what the reform means, who it affects, and why nothing will change for now.
